Rewriting my story

We all have personal stories we tell ourselves; it takes self-awareness to know whether the story we have been telling ourselves is true or not, and where does it come from? There are many distractions in the world, and we need to be aware of them and do our best every day to focus on what matters.  I have noticed that I am more focused in the morning and if I want to do activities that requires focus, I need to do them during this time. I try my best to always use this time to my advantage. I start my day by thanking God for another day, then I do stretch like exercises for about 20 minutes, make a cup of coffee and I think coffee goes well wit...
